The latest space movie starring George Clooney and Sandra Bullock, taking place almost entirely in space, is about an engineer and an astronaut who are lost in space as a result of an accident. According to estimates, it racked up a whopping $55.5mn in the opening weekend. which is the largest for any movie starring either of them. The movie was followed by Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 and Runner Runner.
