Preventing Cancer in the simplest of ways

You could prevent having cancer by following a few simple steps:

  1. Drink Red Wine
  1. Eat Dark chocolate
  1. Avoid processed foods
  1. Stay away from carcinogens 
  1. Try to exercise daily
  1. Get sufficient amount of sleep
  1. If possible, have meals that contain Garlic
  1. Eat Broccoli
  1. Have fruits such as Pomegranates and Blueberries
  1. Maintain your weight
And the last and toughest step, reduce electronic interactions such as the use of mobile phones as the radiations they emit could cause cancer when overused. So stay healthy and keep these steps in mind!
